French courses as a foreign language
Pierre and Marie Curie University (UPMC) is a scientific and medical university. Consequently, specific education in French language and French culture are not available. Before starting studies at the University, it's essential to have a good enough level in French (written and oral, level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference).
However, foreign students enrolled at UPMC who need linguistic assistance could benefit from our French courses. These courses take place on the campus and are appropriate to the student's schedule.
An intensive french course is planned for January (2,5 hours daily over 2 weeks).
Registration before January 1st.
French classes over the academic year are available: between 2 hours and 7 hours each week during one semester or both, according to the student's initial level (estimated by a compulsory placement test)
